Pricing of Goods & Services

At ITFox Tech, we provide customized IT solutions, application development, and maintenance services. Our pricing is transparent, flexible, and based on project scope, complexity, and client requirements.

1. Pricing Model Overview
As a service-based IT company, ItFoxTech does not offer fixed-price off-the-shelf products. Pricing is determined using one or more of the following models:
  • Fixed Price Model
  • Hourly / Time-Based Model
  • Milestone-Based Pricing
  • Monthly / Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
The applicable pricing model is agreed upon before project initiation.
2. Application Development Services
Pricing for application development depends on:
  • Project scope and features
  • Technology stack used
  • UI/UX complexity
  • Third-party integrations
  • Timeline and resource allocation
Pricing Range:
  • Small applications: Based on defined scope
  • Medium to large applications: Quotation-based after requirement analysis
A detailed proposal and cost breakup is shared with the client before commencement.
3. Maintenance & Support Services
We offer flexible maintenance and support plans, including:
  • Bug fixing and issue resolution
  • Performance optimization
  • Feature enhancements
  • Server and application monitoring
Pricing Structure:
  • Monthly / Quarterly / Annual plans
  • Charges depend on application size and support level
Once a maintenance period begins, charges are non-refundable.
4. Hourly / Consulting Services
For consulting, audits, or short-term technical tasks:
  • Pricing is calculated on an hourly basis
  • Minimum billing hours may apply
  • Rates vary based on expertise and technology required
5. Milestone-Based Projects
For larger projects:
  • Total project cost is divided into milestones
  • Each milestone is billed separately
  • Payment is required before or upon completion of each milestone
Approved milestones are considered delivered and non-refundable.
6. Taxes & Additional Charges
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST (if applicable)
  • Third-party costs (hosting, APIs, licenses, domains, etc.) are billed separately unless stated otherwise
7. Price Revisions
ITFox Tech reserves the right to:
  • Revise pricing due to scope changes
  • Billing error from ITFox Tech
  • Adjust costs for additional requirements or revisions beyond the agreed scope
Any pricing changes will be communicated and approved before execution.
